Coach Maples brings to IA many years of experience in coaching both recreational and travel league basketball in the Manatee/Sarasota Region.
Coach Maples received his bachelor’s degree in sport management from Ashford University and was most recently a coach and player development coordinator at Impact Basketball Academy of Sarasota. He is also the owner and operator of Custom Concepts Painting. In 2014, Maples was recognized and awarded Youth Sports Volunteer of the Year by the Bradenton YMCA.
“We’re thrilled to have Mr. Maples join our coaching staff and build a Christ-centered basketball program at Inspiration Academy,” said Matt Bowman, Director of Athletics. “Ryan has the heart of a mentor and his wealth of coaching experience and desire to further our institution’s mission is evident. We are blessed to have him as the leader of our basketball program.”
